Nice to find a local computer engineer. I had a few problems with my laptop so I contacted Steve Parry at Eclipse PC Repair. He took the laptop from me on Sunday morning, and worked on it for most of yesterday and I got it back this morning first thing. Excellent result - several problems (some of which I didn't even know I had!) Resolved with Widows 10 updated, browsers cleaned and updated, files spring cleaned and a complete service. All for a very reasonable price. Now booked in for an annual service with Steve. Thanks very much for an excellent service, very impressed. Highly recommended and local as well.

We went to use our computer but to find our Tower would not turn on so basically we could not use our computer, now this was very important to us that we needed our computer for work as soon as possible, so we found this company and asked for help. After speaking to a guy called Steve whom was very helpful he talked me through everything explaining everything which was good as i am no expert on computers at all. We spoke for a while then within the hour i was dropping my computer of with him and leaving it in his hands which he made us feel we could trust him 100%.
Steve kept in contact daily on how he was getting on which really reassured us, then within days it was ready to collect and all up and running for us to use again.
After bringing the computer home and connecting it all we had a bit of bother with our label printers but Steve was only happy to help and talk me through connecting them up again.
We can not thank Steve enough he has helped us so much excellent service would recommend him to anyone we shall be using him for the near future!!

Highly recommend, Steve is a very nice, patient and helpful man. We bought two new tv’s, he came the very next day after contacting him, helped to set up both tv’s, connect them to the WiFi and showed us how all the features worked, very professional and good at his job. Having a problem with my laptop, my friend gave me the name of Steve Parry who mends her laptop when necessary. She wont go to anyone else so I gave him a try. He came to my home and I sat with him and he explained everything he was doing very simply so I could understand. Last Friday my Windows 10 PC decided to show the infamous Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD). I tried all I knew to try and resolve the problem. With no PC I wasn't able to do any photography post-production work. The expression "nightmare" springs to mind. So, I contacted Steve. Really glad I did. I took my computer to him. He backed up all of my files (photos, videos, accounts, websites I'd built for customers and still maintain... and so on) He rapidly diagnosed the problem that caused the BSOD and resolved it. The computer is now running just fine AND I will now, on Steve's advice, back up my work on a regular basis. It is comforting to know that Eclipse PC Repair exists. I, for one, would have had huge problems otherwise, and my business would have suffered. I can heartily recommend Steve's services to businesses. Brilliant! Both of my sons gaming computers stopped connecting to the WiFi for some reason, that we could not fix! I contacted Steve and he came to my house the same day and had a look at them both! He found numerous problems and didn’t stop until he was happy that both computers were working properly! I fully recommend Steve. He is prompt, polite, friendly and does an excellent job!
